Kiwicoffee originally started life as the café ‘In Italia’. Situated in Cashel Mall, Christchurch, In Italia’s thriving business was forced to change direction following the devastating quake on 22 February 2011. Owner Garry Pierce, a Cantabrian renowned for his hands-on approach and cooking excellence, met the challenge by starting Kiwicoffee and ‘going mobile’.
Garry, who brings 15 years experience as café owner and chef to Kiwicoffee, aims to meet the needs of business employees who have been forced out of the CBD to satellite business parks around Christchurch.
Kiwicoffee boasts a top model vehicle which has been fully kitted out with the best Italian coffee equipment. A long standing relationship with Hummingbird Coffee ensures Kiwicoffee can provide a superior coffee experience.
